🏠 GENERAL REGULATIONS – MyHoliday Livigno
1 – GENERAL RULES
The Regulations of the accommodation facility are established to ensure a uniform, orderly, pleasant, and peaceful use of the structure by all guests. They have contractual value between the accommodation facility and the Guest; therefore, the request to stay in the structure and its acceptance by Myholiday Livigno imply full acceptance of these Regulations.
Failure to comply with the Regulations and additional provisions by the Management will result in expulsion from the facility and reporting to national and international tourist organizations, as well as notification to Public Authorities if the violation suggests the possible commission of a crime.
All signs located in areas owned by and/or pertaining to the structure must also be respected.
Parents (or legal guardians) are jointly responsible for any acts committed by their minor children within the structure and must supervise them to ensure they behave politely and respectfully toward others. They are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with quiet hours, proper use of restrooms — which are not to be considered play or gathering areas — and equipment provided by the facility. Any activity likely to disturb other guests is prohibited. All rules in these contractual regulations must be respected.
The behaviour of adults and minors is contractually relevant. Therefore, any violation of these Regulations or normal rules of civil conduct will result, at the unquestionable judgment of the Management, in immediate termination of the contract and expulsion of the Guest within 5 hours from the notification of the facts. In such cases, the Management is authorized to retain amounts already paid and request remaining balances, including damages, without prejudice to the right to claim further proven damages.
2 – CHECK-IN & ACCEPTANCE
Check-in takes place at our office located in Via Saroch 1688 or directly at the apartment. Guests must communicate their approximate arrival time in Livigno at least two days before arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, a €50 surcharge applies.
Upon arrival, guests must provide identification documents, which will be photocopied or digitalized for Public Security reporting.
Guests must settle the remaining balance upon arrival unless they have already paid in full.
Minors not accompanied by an adult will be accepted only with a signed authorization from parents (or legal guardians), including a phone number and a copy of ID.
According to Italian law, the Management has the right to expel without notice anyone who violates the regulations or causes damage or disturbance.
Apartments are available from 4:00 PM on arrival day and include bed linen, towels, and kitchenware. They must be vacated by 9:00 AM on departure day. Rates are daily regardless of arrival time.
For safety reasons, access to apartments is prohibited for anyone not registered unless expressly authorized by the Management. Unauthorized persons will be reported to the Authorities, extra costs will be charged from the first day of booking, and the contract may be immediately terminated with expulsion within 5 hours. Exceptionally, additional guests may be authorized with extra fees.
3 – RATES
Rates are daily, regardless of check-in time.
4 – DEPOSIT, BALANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY
The deposit is equal to 50% of the total stay.
The balance must be paid 14 days before check-in or within different terms depending on the period and booking conditions. Animals or special requirements must be communicated at the time of payment.
Payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, others) are agreed upon depending on the stay period.
For cancellations, the 50% deposit is retained up to 29 days before check-in. From 29 days onward, or in case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay is charged.
5 – SECURITY DEPOSIT
By accepting these terms, the Guest acknowledges and accepts the use of their credit card details as a security deposit for any damages to the apartment.
Card data will be used exclusively for covering damages occurring during the stay.
The deposit is automatically converted into a security guarantee upon arrival. It is not included in the rental fee and cannot be used to offset it.
It is fully refundable within 2 days after departure provided that:
• no damages beyond normal wear and tear are found
• no fines for illegal activities, pets, subletting, or interrupted services were issued
• trash and waste were disposed of in designated areas
• dishes were washed and stored properly
• all keys were returned
• no outstanding payments remain

• no unauthorized early arrivals or late departures occurred
• ZTL/VASP permits are left in the apartment

The Management reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.

During 1:00 PM–3:00 PM and 10:00 PM–8:00 AM, any noise that may disturb guests is prohibited. Radio and TV use must be moderate.
