🇬🇧 ENGLISH VERSION
These regulations govern the stay and use of the property, and have contractual value between the Guest and the Management.
Acceptance of accommodation implies full compliance with all rules listed below.
The Management reserves the right to remove any guest who fails to comply, and to report violations to the competent Authorities.
1. BEHAVIOR AND RESPONSIBILITY
All guests must behave respectfully and courteously.
Parents are responsible for their children.
Disturbances, damage, or nuisance activities are prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate expulsion within 5 hours and forfeiture of all paid amounts.
2. CHECK-IN AND ACCEPTANCE
Check-in: from 16:00 to 22:00 (after 22:00, €50 surcharge).
Check-out: by 09:00.
Identity documents are required for registration.
Balance payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Access by unregistered persons is forbidden; unauthorized presence will result in removal.
3. RATES AND PAYMENTS
Rates are daily, regardless of arrival time.
Deposit: 50% at booking; balance due 14 days before check-in.
Cancellation within 15 days: 30% retained.
No-show or early departure: full amount charged.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A credit card deposit is required to cover potential damages.
Refund within 2 days after departure if:
– no damage or missing items;
– waste correctly disposed of;
– dishes cleaned and stored;
– keys returned and all payments settled.
Any violation may result in loss of the deposit.
5. QUIET HOURS AND CONDUCT
Quiet hours: 13:00–15:00 and 22:00–08:00.
Noise, shouting, music, ski waxing, or repairs inside are forbidden.
Smoking and bringing skis, snowboards, or bikes into apartments are prohibited.
Decent clothing is required.
Violations: €50/hour penalty or expulsion.
6. WATER AND HEATING
Use water only for essential needs; avoid waste.
Central heating max 22°C (by law).
If used when outdoor temp >20°C: €10/day surcharge.
Leaving windows open with heating on: €50/day penalty.
7. PARKING
One parking space per apartment.
Parking outside designated areas is prohibited.
Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense.
8. PETS
Small/medium pets allowed upon request and for a fee.
Must be on leash and never left alone.
Use of linens for pets or allowing them on furniture is forbidden.
Damages will be charged.
Vaccinations must be up to date.
9. HYGIENE AND KITCHEN USE
Food and drinks only in kitchens or dining rooms.
Do not throw waste or foreign objects into drains.
Damage from misuse will be charged.
10. CLEANING
Apartments must be left clean, with washed dishes and disposed waste.
Otherwise, at least €100 will be withheld from the deposit.
11. SECURITY AND LIABILITY
The Management is not responsible for:
– service interruptions (water, power, gas, Wi-Fi);
– theft or loss;
– damages from force majeure or natural events.
12. SERVICES AND FACILITIES
Free Wi-Fi available.
Sauna and barbecue usable only during permitted hours and under hygienic rules.
Transfer service available on request 7 days before arrival.
Common areas available until 09:00 on departure day (unless otherwise agreed).
13. DAMAGES AND THEFT
Any damage or missing items will be charged or deducted from the deposit.
All thefts or damages will be reported to the Authorities.
14. TOURIST TAX
From July 1st, 2025, Livigno Municipality applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (max 7 nights, under-16s excluded).
15. REGULATION CHANGES
The Management may amend these rules at any time; the updated version is always available at the property and on the official website.
